Our fantastic sit-down Sunday Roast is back on the menu, with a choice of two meats and a vegetarian option served between 12:00 and 3.00 pm. We’re now able to offer a full sit-down service at our outside tables (under cover and heated) or a takeaway.

It’s very popular so please ring 01348 891288 or email louise@melintregwynt.co.uk to pre-book your takeaway or to reserve one of our outside tables.

Please understand that under current restrictions we have a maximum of 6 per table (excluding children under 11) and contact details are needed for all individuals over 18.

On weekdays, we also offer a sit-down service at our outside tables, where you can just turn up, or pre-book to guarantee a seat.

The cafe menu for weekdays is available to download and we still have our takeaway menu so you can order a meal to enjoy on the beach, or just a coffee and cake for the journey back home.
